By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout, you're covered if your order is lost, damaged, or not delivered during shipping.

If something goes wrong, we’ll either:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Provide store credit for the full value (excluding shipping).

Please note:

  • No refunds are offered under Shipping Protection.

  • Claims must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.
