Shipping Protection – Terms & Conditions

When you select Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered if it is lost, damaged, or not delivered during transit.

If an issue arises, we will:
✅ Replace the item, or
✅ Provide store credit for the full value of your order (excluding shipping costs).

Important to Know

❌ Refunds are not available under Shipping Protection.
⏰ Claims must be lodged within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
📸 Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.
