PRIZE
Dr.Moose is giving away 1 (one) PlayStation 5 Disk Edition console, valued at $999 AUD (RRP).
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

COMPETITION DATES
Start: Tuesday 01.09.2026
End: Saturday 31.10.2026 at 7pm AEDT
Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.

ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to Australian residents currently residing in Australia, aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory.
Employees of Dr.Moose, their immediate families, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

HOW TO ENTER
Entrants must join the Dr.Moose mailing list by providing a valid email address and mobile phone number via the official sign-up form.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
The winner will be picked at random after the competition closes and notified using the contact details they provided at entry.
The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize.
If the prize goes unclaimed after 48 hours, another entrant will be randomly selected.

PUBLICITY
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Dr.Moose using their first name and general location (for example, suburb or town) for promotional purposes across our website, email and social media, including a winner announcement. No other personal details will be shared publicly without the winner's consent.

PRIZE DELIVERY
The PS5 Disk Edition console will be shipped to the winner's confirmed Australian delivery address within 10 business days once their details are verified.
If the prize is lost or damaged in transit, Dr.Moose will arrange a replacement at no cost to the winner, subject to reasonable verification.
Dr.Moose is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier once the prize has been dispatched.

PRIVACY AND DATA USE
Personal details collected will not be shared with third-party entities.
Your details will be used by Dr.Moose for future promotions and offers via email and SMS.
Participants may opt out at any time using valid unsubscribe links.
