For Australian Customers
We want you to love your Dr.Moose gear. If it’s not quite right, you can return it for store credit or an exchange (including swapping sizes). Shop with confidence knowing we’ve got your back.

✅ You have 30 days from purchase to return items for credit or exchange.

✅ No processing or restocking fees.

✅ Free postage on exchanged items we send back out.

❌ Refunds are not available.

❌ We cannot accept returns on sale items or custom items (unless faulty).
All returned items must be unworn, unmarked, and unwashed. Your store credit or exchange will be processed once your return arrives at Dr.Moose HQ.
