Dr.Moose Nintendo Switch OLED Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is Dr.Moose, drmoose.com.au (ABN 20 612 728 800), of Byron Bay, NSW.
  2. One (1) prize is on offer: a Nintendo Switch OLED (White), valued at approximately AUD $540. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
  3. The giveaway opens 10 June 2026 and closes 16 June 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (the "Promotion Period").
  4. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  5. Employees of Dr.Moose and their immediate families, and any person involved in conducting the promotion or determining the winner, are not eligible to enter.
  6. There are two ways to earn entries, and entry is free: a. Free entry: Sign up to the Dr.Moose newsletter during the Promotion Period. One newsletter sign-up equals one (1) entry. Existing newsletter subscribers as at the start of the Promotion Period are automatically entered with one (1) entry. b. Bonus entries: Each purchase made at drmoose.com.au at normal retail value during the Promotion Period earns an additional ten (10) entries. Multiple purchases earn multiple sets of bonus entries.
  7. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants who sign up to the newsletter without making a purchase have a genuine and equal chance of winning.
  8. The winner will be selected by a random draw conducted on 17 June 2026 at Dr.Moose HQ, Byron Bay, NSW.
  9. The winner will be notified directly using the contact details provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner. If a prize remains unclaimed, the promoter will hold the prize and make reasonable efforts to contact the winner for a period of no less than three (3) months, after which a redraw may be held.
  10. The prize will be delivered to the winner's nominated Australian postal address at no cost to the winner.
  11. By entering, you consent to Dr.Moose collecting, storing and using your details for the purpose of running this giveaway and sending newsletter communications. Your information is handled in accordance with the Dr.Moose privacy policy (drmoose.com.au/pages/privacy-policy-terms-and-conditions). You can unsubscribe from newsletter communications at any time.
